need to explore the twisting tunnels, fight enemies and bosses, and meet all kinds of characters in order to achieve the goal of fighting off an infection that is slowly

consuming the kingdom

You may have noticed that the section for the story was incredibly and this is for a reason. The story of Hollowknight is a complicated thing that is still being

decoded, talked about, and debated today. Some people have dedicated entire youtube channels in order to understand the story this game has to offer.

Let me be clear that while I like this game's story that is not the main reason that I like it. The reason I like it is because of the gameplay aspect of it,

I enjoy the tight gameplay and controls that you will need to use to fight the incredibly tough bosses this game has to offer. The challenge this game has to

offer is truly something to behold, it is not brutally difficult but difficult to a fair degree to where you will learn something new almost every time.
